This role requires navigating multiple HR systems and policies, offering guidance on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Admin, Public Admin, or related field.
• Significant 5+ years of HR administration experience including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits and leave, and compliance.

• Provide HR guidance to department and division leadership on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits and leave administration, payroll, and employee relations.
• Assist in policy interpretation and ensure consistent HR service delivery across clinical departments.
• Support HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects within the School of Medicine.
