Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with autonomous systems, including 4+ years focused on building and scaling HIL test environments.
• Experience designing hardware test systems and continuous perception testing.
• Ability to lead technical projects of significant scope and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for scaled HIL testing and grow a team of engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain Wing’s HIL infrastructure for embedded and perception systems.
• Anticipate future vehicle features and build corresponding HIL testing capabilities.
