Job summary

PCI Technology & Mission Solutions Sector seeks a Senior Consultant to support the U.S. Department of Transportation's transition to Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM.

This hybrid role focuses on HR data readiness, migration, integrations, and requirements, working with HR, data, payroll, and technical stakeholders to prepare DOT data and interfaces for the new Core HCM environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting HCM/HRIS, data migration, systems integration, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation.
• Experience with data analysis, data quality, mapping, migration/conversion, or reconciliation.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, data, or integration requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve HR data quality across positions, org structures, employees, and actions.
• Support data profiling, cleanup, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Document HCM data, business, and integration requirements.
• Analyze data flows and interfaces between Oracle Cloud HCM and HR/payroll/timekeeping/learning systems.
• Support integration planning for FPPS and other DOT systems.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with HR and SME teams.
• Support data and integration testing, issue resolution, and readiness activities.
• Identify data risks, dependencies, decisions, and migration issues.
