Job summary

MarshBerry is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Growth Advisory team in Ohio. The role centers on leading financial and organic growth engagements and working with client leadership to identify MarshBerry services and strategic opportunities.

The Senior Consultant will build trusted relationships with executives, drive business development, and contribute to industry insights and publications. Travel up to 40% and a hybrid in-office schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in financial or management consulting in financial services.
• Proven experience working with c-suite and business owners to drive value.
• Strong relationship building and business development skills.
• Formal sales training is preferred; industry designations a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute client engagements from start to finish with strong service.
• Partner with leadership to identify MarshBerry services to meet goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and executives.
• Identify growth opportunities and position MarshBerry as a strategic partner.
• Proactively identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Seek new business development opportunities and coordinate resources.
• Schedule and manage project workflows and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to MarshBerry branding and industry publications.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Cultivate relationships that generate revenue across MarshBerry services.
