Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least five years of government accounting experience coordinating invoicing for a professional services firm.
Knowledge of job costing, contract administration, and revenue recognition.
Familiarity with FAR and government regulations; strong Excel skills.
Experience with BST or similar project management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform contract administration for high complexity government projects.
Advise Project Managers on financial aspects of contracts and billings.
Prepare and review pre-bill, drafts, and final invoices; ensure support attached.
Monitor project revenue, costs, and variances; support budget analyses.
Prepare cost estimates, schedule tracking, and EVM data for management.
