Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead enterprise-wide governance for JBAS Supply Forecast and to advance supply planning across complex product and manufacturing networks. You will drive analytics, digital twin adoption, and scenario simulations to improve resilience and visibility.

You will guide large, time-sensitive programs, balance cross-business trade-offs, and mentor peers while contributing individually when not in a managerial role.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or demonstrably equivalent experience, consistent with Talent's Master definition.
• Typically 10+ years in planning, operations, finance, strategy or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise-wide governance for JBAS Supply Forecast as the Plan of Record.
• Lead adoption of digital twins, AI/ML analytics, scenario simulation and inventory optimization.
• Lead large, time-sensitive supply programs and cross-BU trade-off decisions.
• Provide mentoring and guidance while remaining an individual contributor when not a manager.
