Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-grade delivery with Java/Spring Boot and React.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery for Corporate Digital Servicing (UI, backend, APIs, integrations).
• Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and scalable engineering practices.
• Coordinate with product, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, and platform teams to manage priorities and delivery commitments.
• Improve quality, reliability, observability, and release readiness; support production activities.
• Support CI/CD, environment readiness, deployment coordination and code promotion discipline.
• Mentor engineers, reinforce standards, and promote reusable patterns.
