Job summary

ADP Technology Services is seeking an Application Developer (Full Stack) for a hybrid role in Pasadena, CA, or Parsippany, NJ. You will develop scalable software across the full stack, collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and architects to deliver timekeeping and workforce management solutions.

You will own user stories, work across SDLC phases, and build RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations while mentoring teammates and continuously improving code quality.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/CE/IS with 5+ years' related experience, or MS with 2+ years.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot; REST/SOAP; SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Frontend: React or Angular; HTML/CSS; TypeScript/JS.
• CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Own user stories and drive them to completion for external and internal apps.
• Design, develop, and enhance full-stack solutions using Java/Spring Boot and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Write clean, testable, scalable code; perform unit/integration tests.
• Collaborate with UX on wireframes and reviews; mentor when appropriate.
• Package, configure, and deploy software using CI/CD pipelines.
