Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or closely related technical field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle development experience.
• Experience with Python-based apps (FastAPI or Django).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue).
• Foundation in data structures, algorithms, and OO design.
• Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and work autonomously.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing meetings.
• Experience with AWS cloud.

Responsibilities

• Build new features for internal and external users, and refactor existing ones to improve quality.
• Work across the full development lifecycle and take responsibility for code quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, ML, and infrastructure teams.
• Contribute to a SaaS platform in clinical trial workflows with focus on reliability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure validation and inspection readiness.
• Uphold high engineering standards, ensure code is reviewed, tested, and integrated.
• Mentor, learn, and share knowledge with others.
