Qualifications

• 8+ years building production-grade solutions with proven tech leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship scalable cloud apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP with event-driven microservices and serverless architectures.
• Lead technical architecture decisions, code reviews, and define development standards and roadmaps.
• Own the full stack—from UI to Django REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Build real-time features using WebRTC, WebSockets, and SSEs.
• Institute testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD processes.
• Champion DevOps practices and security compliance with observability (APM).
• Lead agile teams and mentor engineers in best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineering on pipelines and consumption patterns.
• Handle production incident response and post-mortems.
• Bridge product, design, and engineering to client solutions.
