Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York is seeking a Full Stack Lead Engineer to drive the technology platform for US Credit Flow Trading, covering Cash and Derivatives workflows. You will lead critical initiatives, including the next-generation Trader Desktop rollout and the FIC Front-to-Back transformation, while promoting modern engineering practices and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Python for building backend services.
• Frontend development using React with state management and component design.
• Understanding of derivative products, especially Credit and Interest Rate derivatives.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerized microservices architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Trade Capture tooling for CDS products.
• Define and champion technical best practices for the team.
• Coordinate SPR implementation and ensure seamless integration across trading applications.
