Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for its Trade FP&A function in Carmel, IN, a hybrid role reporting to the Director of Finance – Trade.

You will lead GTN budgeting, forecast costs, and partner with Trade leaders to optimize profitability across Builder and Non-Builder segments. The role demands strong Excel modeling, SAP/Power BI experience, and the ability to communicate complex analyses to executives.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years related experience in financial roles.
• Ability to communicate complex problems clearly at all levels and propose process improvements.
• Experience supporting the commercial side of the business from a Finance role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Trade GTN budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of costs that reduce net sales.
• Lead monthly financial meetings with senior Finance leadership to report channel sales and expenses.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and drive improvements in reporting processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Trade teams to align strategies across multiple business channels.
• Review GTN month-end calculations and provide assumptions for builder home closings and reserves.
• Present builder and non-builder financials to leadership and support business cases.
