Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Carmel, IN is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with the Trade FP&A team. You will lead GTN budgeting, forecast costs, and provide monthly commentary to senior finance leaders while shaping risk mitigation and opportunities across builder and non-builder programs.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years in finance, strong Excel modeling, and experience with SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Finance or Accounting from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years related experience in financial roles.
• Strong Excel-based financial analysis and modeling; ability to communicate complex problems clearly.
• Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis for Trade GTN budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Lead monthly financial meetings with senior finance leaders to review sales and expenses and forecast.
• Prepare standard monthly financial reports and improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate across FP&A to align strategies for multiple business channels and support risk assessment.
