Vaco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Irving, TX for an on-site role. You will work closely with finance leadership and operational leaders to deliver forecasting accuracy, financial insight, and strategic support.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility position within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role focuses on corporate FP&A, long‑range planning, and partnering across units to scale the business.

Competenze

• 3-6+ years of progressive financial analysis / FP&A experience.
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain detailed financial models.

Mansioni

• Own and support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes across corporate functions and operating business units.
• Develop and maintain P&L forecasts, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, and key business drivers.
• Perform monthly financial analysis, including budget-to-actual, forecast-to-actual, and prior-year variance analysis.
• Partner with department and operational leaders to understand financial performance, identify trends, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain financial models, management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis to provide visibility into business performance.
