Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services environment highly desirable.
• Strong numeracy and problem-solving abilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to prepare insightful financial analysis for internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior FP&A Manager with board-level reporting and CFO communication.
• Contribute to budget, planning, forecasting and month-end close processes.
• Assist in year-end preparation, including data collation for management meetings.
• Monitor and analyse firm performance against strategic objectives.
• Produce regular reporting and drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Risk & Compliance, IT and other teams for annual surveys and reports.
• Support development of the new budgeting system and its next phase.
