Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial modeling and planning experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with ERP and FP&A tools.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple departments to curate information, deliver insights and provide strategic recommendations.
• Build financial models and sensitivity analyses to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability for scenarios and growth initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for Executive management to communicate strategy and performance.
• Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and annual budget processes; analyze variances and improve forecasting methods.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability, including AI-driven solutions.
