STV Incorporated in Dallas/Frisco/New York is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance group on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). The role will support forecasting, analysis, M&A, and reporting to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

You will develop budgets, perform variance analyses, build financial models, and provide insights to cross-functional teams. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required; CPA/CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's or CPA/CFA is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills needed.
• Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and financial planning software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and suggest improvements.
• Perform due diligence and build forecasts for potential M&A.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting for decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure accuracy of project-level forecasts and reporting.
