Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance group. This role is hybrid (3 days per week in-office) and will be based in Dallas, Frisco, or New York. You will support forecasting, analysis, M&A, and reporting processes, providing critical financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 3+ years in Big 4 advisory, strong modeling, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/FP&A tools. CPA/CFA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; master’s or CPA/CFA is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in Big 4 transaction advisory preferred.
• AEC industry experience a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with strategic insights.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and suggest improvements.
• Conduct due diligence and build forecasts for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting to support decision-making.
