Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Finance professional to prepare financial and operational reports, analyze data, and support annual budgets. This full-time role blends on-site collaboration with a hybrid schedule.

Bachelor's with 4–6 years (or HS with 7–9+ years) experience; CPA or MBA preferred. Travel about 10% to division locations. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis
• Collect, analyze and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with divisional leadership and other functional areas to drive proactive solutions through process and technology solutions
• Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisions
• Support the development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets
• Travel requirements of at least 10% to provide on-site support to division locations
• Other duties as assigned
