Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Finance/Analytics professional in a full-time role. The position combines financial reporting, data analysis, and strategic support for operating plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience (or a more extensive HS/GED background) and offers on-site collaboration with some remote work. A CPA/MBA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7–9+ years of experience
• MBA/CPA is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc analyses
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to quantify opportunity and risk
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with leadership to drive solutions
• Develop financial analysis tools to support management decisions
• Support development of annual operating plans and budgets
• Travel at least 10% to provide on-site support
