Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental planning, permitting, consulting, and/or project management.
Experience with environmental permitting in Wyoming and/or managing complex state and federal environmental permitting efforts.
Strong technical writing, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental permitting and planning for infrastructure, energy, water and transportation projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and overall project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk).
Prepare and review complex permitting packages and environmental documentation.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders; lead public meetings and outreach.
