Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Enterprise Procurement Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate, and finalize IT and non-IT contracts across the enterprise. You will lead projects with senior leadership, enforce CVS policies and regulatory requirements, and drive enterprise-wide savings initiatives while collaborating with Legal, Sourcing, Information Security, Risk, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related contract negotiations experience.
• 5+ years reviewing, editing and drafting contractual terms and conditions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume negotiations.
• Experience advising senior leadership in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and review contract documents in accordance with company policies.
• Negotiate key terms to provide risk mitigation and value.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
• Lead and manage project teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Communicate terms to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing, IT Security, Risk, Privacy and Finance teams to reflect policy in contracts.
• Support RFP processes with contractual documentation.
