CVS Health is seeking an Enterprise Procurement Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate and finalize IT and non-IT contracts across the CVS enterprise. You will guide senior leadership on contractual risk, drive strategic sourcing initiatives and support merger-related supplier integration.

In this role you will mentor analysts, collaborate with Legal, IT Security, Tax and Finance, and ensure adherence to corporate policies while delivering enterprise-wide value and compliant procurement

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of contract negotiations experience.
• 5+ years reviewing, editing and drafting contractual terms and conditions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Draft, prepare and review contract documents in accordance with policies.
• Negotiate key terms to provide risk mitigation and value.
• Analyze contract requirements for compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead and manage enterprise projects and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, IT Security, Risk, Privacy, Tax and Finance.
• Present complex deal concepts to Senior Leadership; translate to business units.
