Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or JD preferred.
• 5+ years drafting complex contractual documents and advising leadership on contract risks.
• Experience in IT and non-IT purchasing contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and review contract documents.
• Lead negotiations on key terms to mitigate risk and maximize value.
• Ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies across enterprise contracts.
• Act as liaison between Legal, Finance, and senior leadership on contract issues.
• Mentor and guide staff within Enterprise Procurement Contracts.
