Job summary

MANTECH seeks a high velocity and results-driven Enterprise IT Project Manager to support enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives in Herndon, VA. This hybrid role requires on-site presence on an as-needed basis.

The role leads a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent transformation projects, driving modernization across SaaS, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization. You will report on portfolio health and align with senior leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, including large-scale transformations.
Experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of 5–7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation to closeout.
Drive modernization initiatives across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and KPIs.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership for alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery with high quality.
Provide regular executive reporting and portfolio health updates.
Champion continuous improvement, governance best practices, and standardized PM methodologies.
