Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Data Management Leader to oversee enterprise data governance, quality, reporting, and analytics. You will guide a team responsible for data warehouse operations and drive initiatives aligned with bank objectives.

You will implement data policies, ensure thorough documentation, and mentor staff while staying current on industry trends and technologies affecting financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of Risk Management experience including Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Or High School Diploma with 12 years of Risk Management experience including Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data transformation
• Experience in Banking, Regulatory, Data Warehouse/Data Lakes, AWS and Snowflake

Responsibilities

• Data Enhancement - Leads projects and process improvements that enhance the quality, management, and storage of enterprise data.
• Business Support - Creates data policies and procedures to be used within the department and enterprise-wide.
• Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations, manages performance and development of staff.
• Business Strategy - Drives process improvements to advance the bank's data capabilities and governance.
