Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years as an Engineering Manager leading 5+ engineers.
• Deep expertise in cloud backend development, scalable web services, distributed systems, and API design.
• Experience with external customer-facing software and production rollouts.
• Proven mentoring and hiring experience with career development.
• Experience collaborating with Product, UI/UX Design, and Operations to deliver scale features.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and drive multi-team projects.
• Action-oriented, balancing speed and quality for responsible, sustainable products.
