Job summary

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) seeks a Senior Energy Engineer to support commercial new construction and major renovation energy efficiency programs. You will develop whole-building energy models, establish baseline and proposed performance, and quantify energy, demand, and cost savings to influence design decisions.

In this role you will collaborate with building owners, developers, architects, engineers, and utility teams, translating modeling results into practical recommendations

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ years of commercial building energy engineering experience.
• Experience developing whole-building energy models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed energy models for commercial projects.
• Review design documents and establish baseline and proposed conditions.
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities across HVAC, envelope, lighting.
• Quantify energy and economic impacts and prepare recommendations.
• Collaborate with design teams and present findings.
• Perform model quality reviews and support program requirements.
