Job summary

Marsh, a global leader in risk, reinsurance and investments, seeks an Investments & Retirement professional for a hybrid role based in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix or Denver. In-office presence is required at least three days per week.

You will work with clients, investment committees and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions, including alternative investments, while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of experience related to the position.
• Experience with endowment and foundation clients is a plus.
• Ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments to clients.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver investment advice and solutions to clients, committees and boards.
• Leverage expertise for endowment and foundation contexts.
• Design, develop, deliver and communicate investment solutions, including alternatives.
• Collaborate across internal teams on strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales and consulting.
• Mentor junior colleagues in career development.
• Engage with clients to grow the breadth of services offered.
