Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented investments professional to join our Investments & Retirement team on a hybrid basis with in-office days three times per week across Denver, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix.

You will work with client staff, investment committees and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions, including alternatives, while mentoring junior colleagues and expanding service offerings to help clients advance their missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of related experience.
• Proven history of excellent client service with endowment/foundation clients.
• Ability to explain traditional and alternative investments to clients.
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying sophistication.
• Self-motivated, works well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business development orientation through client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions.
• Design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, including alternatives.
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services we deliver to help them advance their missions.
