Job summary

Marsh is seeking a senior investments professional to join the Investments & Retirement team. This hybrid role is based in the U.S.

and requires you to be in the office at least three days a week, with possible locations including Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix or Denver. You will deliver a spectrum of investment advice to clients, including endowment and foundation accounts, design and communicate investment solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and grow client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to this position.
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–15 years of experience related to this position.
• Proven history of excellent client service, preferably with endowment and foundation clients.
• Ability to present complex topics to clients about traditional and alternative investments.
• Strong communication skills across varying client sophistication.
• Self-motivation and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with investment industry trends.
• Business development orientation through client relationships and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients' staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver a spectrum of investment advice and solutions.
• Leverage your expertise to design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, inclusive of alternative investments.
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting practice.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services we deliver to help them advance their missions.
