Job summary

Rehlko in Kohler, Wisconsin, seeks a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. You will develop, test, and optimize PCB solutions, working with hardware, software, and product teams to deliver high‑functioning electrical systems for residential and commercial power products.

The role follows a hybrid schedule, with 2–3 days per week onsite in Kohler, WI, and requires collaboration across engineering disciplines to ensure reliability, safety, and performance across

Qualifications

• Lead hardware development from concept validation to manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Experience with EMC, safety, and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead parts of new product development from concept validation through design for manufacturing.
• Contribute to sustaining efforts for existing product line.
• Define electrical hardware requirements, specifications and architecture.
• Define and conduct hardware validation test plans for reliability and performance.
• Contribute to product safety, EMC and environmental compliance efforts.
• Document electrical system design, architecture, and implementation details.
• Use standard electronics lab tools to analyze, debug and verify circuits.
• Collaborate in developing electrical hardware for new products and improvements.
