GHD is seeking a Senior EHS Compliance Technical Leader to drive environmental, health and safety excellence across the US. You will provide subject-matter expertise in EHS compliance, mentor teams, and manage complex client projects to deliver defensible regulatory solutions.

The role involves leading across US Central or East regions, facilitating audits, risk assessments, and regulatory planning while maintaining a strong safety and sustainability focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS compliance management systems auditing.
• Strong knowledge of US EPA regulations and OSHA standards.
• Proven leadership and client-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and review HSE KPIs and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues.
• Develop and mentor teams; build strong client relationships.
• Lead environmental risk management activities and ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate environmental impact assessments and climate adaptation planning.
