Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of DSP or embedded software experience.
• Strong DSP fundamentals and real-time processing.
• Strong C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink skills for analysis, modeling, validation.
• Experience with fixed-point and floating-point algorithms and hardware trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with Cadence HiFi, ARM, or Hexagon.
• Ability to independently drive DSP components from implementation to validation.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, testing, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and onsite work in Framingham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Implement, port, and validate DSP algorithms for embedded audio.
• Own DSP components from planning through release.
• Develop modular, reusable processing blocks for audio chains.
• Profile compute, memory, latency, and real-time performance.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, QA teams on integration.
• Contribute to design and code reviews and documentation.
• Build unit tests and automated regression tests.
