Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Director to lead strategy, planning, and analysis, shaping the company’s financial roadmap and long-term performance. The role requires partnering with executives to ensure data-driven decisions across functions and to drive value through rigorous planning and analytics.

Hybrid work in New York or Berkeley Heights; a track record of strategic leadership and experience with P&L, forecasting, and acquisitions integration will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of dynamic experience in corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and business leadership skills with a deep understanding of P&L and cash flow management.
• Proven track record of collaborating cross functionally at all levels within sophisticated organizations.
• Extensive experience presenting to and collaborating with a C-suite audience.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's strategic business and financial planning process.
• Drive long-term financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Support executive leadership with data-driven insights for growth.
• Integrate potential acquisitions with the finance function.
• Partner with Digital Transformation and other leaders to standardize analytics processes.
