Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Director of Strategy, Planning, & Analysis to lead the company's strategic planning, financial forecasting, and cross-functional analytics. This hybrid role offers collaboration with executives and ownership of long-range financial models to drive growth and shareholder value.

You will partner with the CFO and business leaders, develop scenario analyses, prepare executive presentations, and optimize 3x3 execution.

Qualifications

Ten plus years of dynamic experience in corporate finance.
Strong analytical and leadership skills with deep P&L and cash flow expertise.
Proven cross-functional collaboration at senior levels within sophisticated organizations.
Experience presenting to C-suite audiences.
Extensive knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

Lead the organization's strategic business and financial planning process and long-term financial analysis.
Build and maintain dynamic revenue and cost models to support scenario planning and strategic decisions.
Support the CFO on 3x3 decisions and quarterly business reviews with action plans.
Prepare concise, high-impact presentations for executive leadership and the board.
Partner with Digital Transformation and other functions to drive data analysis standards across Finance.
