Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years in product management or technology delivery.
• Hospitality, travel, or enterprise platforms experience preferred.
• Strong agile delivery and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the product portfolio; align with executive priorities.
• Drive prioritization and trade-offs based on business value and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to launch and value realization; manage scope and risk.
• Establish integrated delivery plans and governance across product owners and project managers.
• Build executive-level partnerships; translate business needs into a prioritized technology demand pipeline.
