Job summary

UpSwell is seeking a Senior Digital Success Manager to own digital strategy and campaign performance for a portfolio of clients. You’ll drive integrated programs across paid search, paid social, local and organic search, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Lead client relationships, onboarding, monthly reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with delivery teams to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable business impact. This role is hybrid in Marietta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years in digital marketing, paid media, or digital account strategy.
• Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, local/organic search.
• Proficiency with major advertising platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing strategy and performance for client portfolios.
• Develop integrated strategies across paid/search channels and budgets.
• Guide targeting, bidding, creative recommendations, and optimizations.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies.
• Lead client onboarding, meetings, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign launches and accuracy.
