Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Science Analyst (Corporate) to drive predictive models, advanced analytics, and production-ready data products.

The role combines data science, ML, statistics, and data engineering to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. You will partner with Customer Analytics, CRM, Marketing, Merchandising, and Data Engineering to build scalable models and insights, owning end-to-end lifecycle, feature engineering, validation, deployment,

Qualificações

• Master’s degree preferred in data science, statistics, math, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience in retail/ecommerce/CPG or loyalty focus is a plus.
• Advanced Python proficiency (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure.
• Strong ML knowledge: regression, classification, clustering, survival, recommender systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, validate, deploy, and monitor ML models for customer analytics and business impact.
• Design advanced customer segmentation using multi-source data.
• Apply ML methods and statistical analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Build scalable data pipelines and customer 360 solutions in Databricks with Python/SQL.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
