Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or comparable roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing and ETL.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Microsoft BI/SSIS or similar ETL tools.
• Experience with Hadoop/HDFS/Hive and distributed data platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling and ETL architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support scalable ETL/data-processing pipelines using Python/PySpark and SSIS.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for high-volume applications.
• Identify and resolve query performance issues via execution plans and indexing.
• Develop and support data-processing solutions across SQL Server and distributed platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions.
