Job summary

NIIC National Interstate Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Data Architect to design and govern enterprise data architecture in a hybrid role based at Richfield, OH, with in-office collaboration three days a week and potential for two remote days.

You will lead data modeling, governance, and integration efforts across analytics environments, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and mentor engineers while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to enable data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or CS.
• 14+ years of data architecture/management experience.
• Professional designation (CDMP or AWS Big Data) preferred.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Defines and governs enterprise data architecture and models.
• Leads data integration design and governance for data pipelines.
• Establishes standards for data modeling, metadata, and governance.
