Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks an experienced Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead the E&C program for the Manufacturing and Technology group, advising management and project leadership to ensure adherence to Bechtel's Code of Conduct and Vision, Values & Commitments.

The role manages day-to-day E&C operations, conducts training, monitors program effectiveness, and collaborates with investigators and HR on remediation, while engaging with project teams and external stakeholders to sustain a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience or 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background verification.
• Ability to travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&T Ethics & Compliance program.
• Promote a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
• Collaborate with E&C investigators and HR personnel on suspected violations.
• Review and assess conflict of interest determinations.
• Monitor and assess Ethics HelpLine activity; identify trends and actions.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and leadership.
• Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and program reviews.
• Analyze metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Support employees reporting potential violations.
