Job summary

Propeller in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft pharmaceutical marketing, training, and corporate communications materials, including product launch plans, ads, brochures, emails, video storyboards, web copy, and social media.

You will collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, attend client meetings, and ensure accuracy of product claims and language changes while keeping files current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of healthcare advertising copywriting experience.
• Copywriter portfolio or a strong spec portfolio.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of science and medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pharmaceutical marketing, training, and corporate communication materials (product launch planning, ads, brochures, emails, video storyboards, web copy, social ads).
• Incorporate feedback from Supervisor and other departments/clients.
• Attend client meetings and off-site workshops as needed.
• Communicate deadlines, ideas, and questions to Supervisor and teammates.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team environment.
• Maintain up-to-date files on the company’s internal sharing system.
• Develop resources to support Writing and Account teams with product claims and language updates.
• Identify process or quality issues and propose solutions.
