Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Human Capital Rewards Solutions team in the Norwalk area. The role focuses on delivering compensation benchmarking and consulting for McLagan clients within the Financial Services sector, supporting Corporate and Investment Banking initiatives.

The position is hybrid, requiring presence at the Connecticut office 2+ days per week, and offers opportunities to drive revenue, expand client relationships, and contribute to data product development across

Qualifications

6 - 10 of management consulting or human resources experience in the financial industry.
Highly numerate and analytical while having excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills including strong verbal and written communication.
A knowledge of compensation is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, create high quality deliverables, including those that require synthesizing and interpreting of complex information beyond standard templates.
Successfully present analytics to deliver in-depth insights, conclusions and recommendations to clients.
Capable of dispensing advice to mid and senior-level client HR professionals and answering questions which may be strategic in nature.
Develop and lead client proposals and manage project timelines, methodologies and junior colleagues.
Independently partner with marketing to draft sector content for outreach and craft moderately complex proposals.
Developed technical training for staff on developing insights and analyses using templates.
Reviewed work by junior analysts and ensured quality of insights.
