Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a Franklin-based book of SBU accounts, advising on coverages and risk management. You’ll collaborate with producers, underwriters, and internal teams to tailor protection and drive client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes renewals, risk analysis, and proactive service, with opportunities to grow responsibilities within a family-owned agency with deep Massachusetts roots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in risk assessment, policy analysis, and carrier collaboration.
• Strong client relationships and tailored insurance solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Applied Epic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of primarily SBU commercial accounts, advising on coverages and risk-reduction.
• Work with producers, internal teams, and carrier partners to deliver appropriate coverage.
• Handle policy changes and questions, staying current on rates, forms, and carrier guidelines.
• Maintain high levels of client communication and lasting relationships.
• Input and maintain client data in the agency management system.
• Monitor full policy life cycle for renewals and issues.
• Support the agency's mission and team goals.
