• Willingness to travel within the US.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, lead, and perform advanced clinical research duties for a complex trial involving 12 hospitals and multiple universities.
• Manage multiple Principal Investigator relationships and provide guidance on budget management and compliance.
• Develop clinical trial protocols and submit documentation to IRB and regulators as needed.
• Coordinate all aspects of clinical trial conduct and prepare IRB submissions for review and approval.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and quarterly project account reviews.
• Manage a team of research staff, including scheduling, workload, and performance.
