This role builds strong relationships and delivers exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in digital media or ad tech and is skilled in communication, collaboration, and project management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
• Familiarity with DSPs and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide clear updates on pacing, performance, and optimizations.

Skills

4+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising

Familiarity with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta)

Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong collaboration skills
