Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC is seeking a category analytics professional in a hybrid position requiring three in-office days per week. You will support sales teams, build client partnerships, and conduct high-quality analysis of multi-source data to evaluate item performance and assortment planning.

The role emphasizes using Circana/IRI data, retailer POS, and advanced Excel macros, with strong communication and storytelling to drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience acceptable
• 2+ years related experience in category management or analytics
• Proficiency in Windows tools: Excel, PowerPoint; VB and macros

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical analysis, insights, and recommendations for category management projects using POS and Circana/IRI data
• Use Retailer POS, Circana (IRI)/NielsenIQ tools to support analyses
• Develop category presentations with syndicated data addressing business issues
• Collaborate with CPG Category Management and Space Technology teams to ensure quality results
• Monitor client KPIs, strategies, and project timelines
• Engage with clients to understand deliverables and timelines
• Certification in Category Analyst/Manager is a plus
