Job summary

Public Sector Organization in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an experienced HCM Database Analyst on a hybrid schedule for a 6- to 12-month contract (W-2 only). The role focuses on systems analysis and the design of an Autonomous Database in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to support a new HCM system.

You will work with IT stakeholders, HR, and Oracle, ensuring data integrity, configuring GoldenGate, and applying Oracle database best practices across Windows environments. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, CS, or closely related field.
5+ years of experience with HCM, PeopleSoft, SQL, and related technologies.
Experience with OCI cloud services and Oracle databases.
Proficient in Windows operating environments and Oracle 19c+.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create an Autonomous Database (ADB) in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Ensure data integrity within the Autonomous Database.
Configure, implement, and manage Oracle GoldenGate.
