Job summary

You will translate current processes and systems into detailed specifications for technical teams, focusing on automation, data integrity, and EMR deployment strategies across several large projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics.
• 4 years of experience gathering/documenting requirements OR 5 years with HS diploma/GED.
• Experience with retail systems (pricing and promotions).
• Experience working with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable the automation team by acting as SME for the application.
• Manage lab operations including ISO standardization and audit preparation.
• Manage CRM database ensuring issues and client contacts are documented.
• Deploy and manage EMR implementation project plans for multiple specialties.
• Test and review process improvements with senior staff.
• Use UML to develop use cases and story boards.
